As a patient of Wellness Inc, you will be enrolled in the 12-month Wellness Program, which consists of 8 comprehensive visits which target all the organ systems.
By participating in the wellness program, this provides an opportunity for your provider to get to know you well, consequently discovering the root cause of your chronic symptoms.
Once this year is completed you will transition into the Primary Care Program (acute visits and preventative care).
A 60-minute general intake visit where, your past medical, surgical history, family history is reviewed. Your health and longevity goals are reviewed, and an initial treatment plan is formulated.
